The OBD2 port is behind the plastic cover, which should be strongly pulled
Press the plastic clip above the plastic cap and pull the whole cap from right to left.
Under the plastic cap, there it is your OBD2 port.
On almost all OBD2-equipped vehicles, the 16-pin port is within 60 cm of the steering wheel, often near the fuse box.
